Admiral Range / Stove / Oven Fault Codes
If your Admiral range, stove, or oven is displaying an error code, it's important to understand what the code means and how to fix it. Below is a list of common Admiral fault codes along with possible solutions to get your appliance back in working order.
Admiral Error Code List & Fixes
- F0 – Function Key Stuck
Replace the touch pad. If the touch pad is part of the clock (ERC), replace the clock. - F1 – Defective Touch Pad or Clock (ERC)
Replace the touch pad or the clock. The touch pad is more commonly the issue. Refer to F1 diagnostic procedures for confirmation. - F2 – Oven Temperature Too Hot
Replace the relay board (if present) or the oven temperature sensor (RTD). Also, check the sensor harness. - F3 or F4 – Shorted or Open Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD)
Inspect the sensor harness and the connection between the oven sensor and the control. If wiring is intact, replace the oven temperature sensor. - F5 – Watchdog and Hardware Conflict
Replace the clock (ERC). - F7 – Function Key Shorted or Stuck
Replace the touch pad. If integrated with the clock, replace the clock (ERC). - F8 – Analog / Digital Problem
Replace the clock (ERC). - F9 – Door Latch Problem
Inspect and repair door latch components.
