Jenn-Air Error Code List & Fixes

• F0 – Function Key Stuck
  Replace the touch pad. If integrated, replace the clock (ERC).
• F1 – Defective Touch Pad or Clock (ERC)
  Replace touch pad or clock. Touch pad issues are more common.
• F2 – Oven Temperature Too Hot
  Replace the relay board (if present) or the oven temperature sensor (RTD). Check the sensor harness.
• F3 / F4 – Shorted or Open Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD)
  Inspect wiring between the oven sensor and control board. Replace the sensor if wiring is intact.
• F5 – Watchdog and Hardware Conflict
  Replace the clock (ERC).
• F7 – Function Key Shorted or Stuck
  Replace the touch pad or the clock (ERC) if integrated.
• F8 – Analog / Digital Problem
  Replace the clock (ERC).
• F9 – Door Latch Error
  Inspect and test door latch components for defects.
