Thermador Range / Stove / Oven Fault Codes
If your Thermador oven is displaying an error code, use this complete guide to understand what the code means and how to fix it. Below is a list of all common Thermador fault codes and their recommended solutions, including both F-codes and E-codes.
Thermador Fault Code List & Solutions
- F0: Electronic oven control failure
Replace electronic oven control (EOC or clock). - F1: Electronic oven control failure
Replace EOC (electronic oven control). - F2: Oven temperature too hot
Replace the relay board if faulty. Check and replace oven temperature sensor (RTD). If failure repeats, replace the EOC (clock). - F3: Open oven temperature sensor (RTD)
Inspect sensor harness and connection to control board. Replace sensor if wiring is okay. - F4: Shorted oven temperature sensor (RTD)
Check wiring and connections. Replace the RTD sensor if wiring is good. - F7: Function key stuck
Inspect all keypad buttons. Replace EOC if issue persists. - F8: Internal logic failure
Check oven sensor and harness. If wiring is good, replace the sensor and EOC. - F9: Internal logic failure
Check door latch and switches. Replace any defective components. Replace EOC if necessary. - Fd: Bake and Broil relays activated simultaneously
