If your washer isn't filling with water even though the water supply valves are turned on, here are the most common issues to check:
Start by checking the inlet screens and hoses. If those are clear, the inlet valve is the next most common failure point and is relatively easy to replace. If you need a part number for the water inlet valve, just submit a follow up question with your washer model number requesting the part number for the water valve and we will be glad to give you that information.
